I was born and raised in Singapore. I’m a marketing strategist with the skills of a copywriter, email marketer and content marketer. I put health copywriter in my title to make it easier for you to understand what I can do for you! Now, you know!

Story
My health journey started in 2010. I was feeling tired most of the time and I didn’t know what to do. I chanced upon some blogs, websites and books on health. I started to read, learn and apply what I learnt. Soon, I was making my own meals, working out and feeling better.
In 2020, my energy level dipped again. Despite all the years of reading, I didn’t know what to do. I went for a few sessions with an integrative health practitioner. I took the advice, changed a few habits and after a few months, I was feeling better again.
I’m so thankful to the health practitioners who are sharing content to help me. I’m energetic and creative because of practitioners like you! Once again, thank you!
At first, I wanted to get certified as an Integrative Health Practitioner. I would then use that knowledge to write cookbooks with different sections for different body types. I changed my mind when I figured that being a copywriter and consultant is a better use of my strengths. By helping you, I’m also making the world a healthier place. You can be in the limelight, while I work behind the scenes.
Strengths
I took a course by BCG, one of the top consulting firms in the world. In the course, I learnt their frameworks. I didn’t get to use them because my clients are not multinational corporations. (They’re NOT my type of clients!)
Was it a waste of my time? No, because I figured out how to think in frameworks and models. When I use these tools, I can figure out what works and what doesn’t in a short time and with little resources. Clients who worked with me have noticed that such ability comes naturally to me.
I simplified their complex models and changed it up for my clients and myself. There’s nothing new under the sun. There’s always an existing framework or a model that holds an idea together. These are some tools I’m using to help you enroll more of your ideal clients.

- I’m a believer, Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. I boast not of my love for the Lord but how much He loves me and died for my freedom.
- I play guitar as a form of self-care and a way to train my right brain. I enjoy Christian music, classic rock, southern rock and country music. I also assembled my own electric guitar.
- I have the habit of chewing my food a lot because it’s good for my digestion. I take a longer time to finish my food than most people. Even when I’m eating with some seniors, I’m still the last person on the table to finish eating.
- I eat like a caveman. I eat roasted bone marrow and drink homemade bone broth. I also eat gluten-free carbs, cooked greens and fruits too.
- I love cooking healthy meals with my oven and pressure cooker. If you want more ideas for cooking healthy and tasty meals, you can chat with me.
- I read labels to assess the ingredients. This includes food, toiletries, household products and my wife’s cosmetics. I do my best to avoid toxic ingredients.
